Hotel Policies
- 100% Non-smoking facility
- Check-in time: 4pm
- Check-out time: 11am
- Guests may preregister at 1pm the day of arrival. At this time, guests may preregister to begin swimming until hotel room is ready.
- Shoes are required in the hotel at all times. No exceptions.
- Hotel overnight water park package required for access to Pirates Bay. Visitor passes are not available.
- Wristbands must be worn at all times while in Pirates Bay. No exceptions.
- Pirates Bay Water Park and Cafe is open 9am to 9pm daily.
- Payment options: Guests are required to present a valid credit card or debit card upon arrival. Cards will be authorized for anticipated charges and a $100 incidental/damage deposit. Cash paying customers must provide a $100 cash deposit upon arrival with payment of room and services. $100 deposit will be returned at check-out after room is inspected and found to be in proper condition.
- Proper government issued ID required at check-in.
- Credit card must match guests ID and registration card.
- Third party payment option available with proper Credit Card Authorization Form.
- Hotel guests with a water park package may utilize Pirates Bay from 1pm the day of check-in to 11am the day of check-out with each nightly pass.
- Guest smoking in facility will be subject to fines and removal from facility with no refund.
- Hotel quiet time is 11pm.
- We have the right to refuse service to anyone.
- Pet policy: Pet rooms are available based upon availability. A $25 non-refundable pet fee is required per pet. Max 3 pets.
- Please be courteous of other guests, multiple noise complaints may result in removal from property without a refund.
- Inappropriate and foul language are not allowed in public areas of our family friendly environment.
- All minors under the age of 18 must be in the care of an adult 18 years of age or older at all times while on hotel or water park property.
